Okay, call me crazy, but I splurged and picked this as my first real vibe. I just fell in love with the shape and design. I loved the fact that it is rechargeable. I received it and pulled out its vibrant purple box. This was followed by a beautiful, well made black box. I took it out of the box, and it was everything I had hoped for. The silicone is velvety soft to the touch. I greatly enjoyed running it over my body, even in the off state. Then I turned it on, and it returned the favor. It was amazing on my clit and my labia. Then I inched it to my vagina and let it sit just outside. I slipped it in. HMMM... Loved it. Beautiful. The pulse settings were wonderful. And don't even get me started with the wave setting. It's a wonderfully teasing sensation. I love this vibe! It's so beautiful I am tempted to leave it on my nightstand. Its wonderful and approachable.

The blue Gigi vibrator currently qualifies as my favorite thing in the entire world. I may, later, reconsider this judgment, and put more stock in things like my laptop and my house and my family. However, for now, Gigi just gave me five consecutive orgasms. I'm a little biased in her favor. This vibrator is beautiful to look at--the particular words that come to mind are "adorable" and "lovely". I never realized how pleasant it was to be pleasured by a pretty object. I generally think of vibrators as tools--it doesn't matter how they look as long as they feel nice and quiver with sufficient intensity. But now, I'm starting to feel a sort of affection for this thing, the kind of attachment you get to particular stuffed animals, and that's hugely to do with its attractive design. I feel like I've been sleeping with vibrator prostitutes up until now, and I'm finally settling down into a proper relationship. Anyway, getting on to specs and practicalities, the Gigi's smooth design means it's very comfortable to use. It packs quite a punch when compared to the battery powered vibrators I used before it. The controls are fairly intuitive and I easily memorized what each button did and the order of the modes. The flat head is both nice for g-spot stimulation, and I find it more comfortable for clitoral stimulation than vibrators with pointed tips, so that's a plus. Silicone means it's easy to clean and the fact it's rechargeable means no batteries. I give it A++ and I am inclined to think highly of all of Lelo's products. One caveat that should be noted--I only bought this vibrator two weeks ago, so I can't personally vouch for it in the long term.

This is my all-time favorite toy. I love all the settings, the frequency and the fact that it's not overly loud. Honestly, I use this toy mostly for clitoral stimulation and it has the perfect shape for my body internally and externally. Note that when you first turn it on, it gives a quiet but high-pitched sound but as soon as you move into the next speed it stops. It is not the most powerful toy out there but I find it to be just right for me.

I have long loved "fancy" vibes and thought about purchasing Gigi for many months. After much research I finally took the plunge and now, after giving it a solid try 3 times, it just doesn't do it for me. It's much smaller in length than I thought it would be, and should be. The shaft is just too short and I ended up "running into" the cold plastic handle too often, which was very distracting. I also found the control buttons annoying and hard to control. Sometimes pressing the button would work on the first try but more often I had to press it several times to get the setting to change. And worse, I had to stop what i was doing and look at the buttons to figure out how to change it to how I wanted it. The positive is that the material is awesome...I just wish the shaft was longer, the end was a little more organic in its angle (as is it's kind of a "hook", which didn't feel great inside) and that the controls were easier to work with. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it's completely not worth the cost and I regret buying it. So sad!! *From Babeland Customer Service* - It sounds like the Gigi isn't the right shape for you; we're sorry you didn't enjoy it. The hook and length are both designed specifically for G-spot stimulation, and for most people, the angle/shape work very well. If you're looking for something a little more "organically" shaped, as you said, you might try the Liv or the Mona.
