if you use it over a washcloth, only for a few minutes, it's amazing. I mean...amazing! But...if you don't have enough of a buffer and/or you use it too long, you'll hurt for the rest of the day. I used it with just my underwear for like ten minutes, and it hurt to pee all day. So, it just depends on what you can handle.
