Along with the unique design, the Forbidden Fruit ends up being a sexy vibrator as well. It's rechargeable, and the stem at the top works as a D-pad for controls and functions. It won't pass as an apple from close inspection, but from far away, it's really discreet. It does have a slight learning curve for learning how to get the Forbidden Fruit to cause pleasure to your body and work with you, but it ends up working pretty well as a discreet vibrator. Plus, the packaging is amazing!
