Well I was momentarily confused until I read other reviews- if you think you've screwed it too tight, give it one more twist. After that it took me a while to understand the controls. The first setting resonates very well and has a low but very bumpy vibration. The second setting is way more intense. and the third felt like I had a power drill in my hand. Definitely worth it.

I have this toy and at first I could not for the life of me get it to turn on. You would think with 2 degrees this wouldn't seem so complicated. I called Babeland for a return, assuming it was broken, and the customer service rep told me that actually a common problem with this toy is that if it is not closed completely it doesn't work at all. I just needed to screw it nice and tight and that made it work!Thanks Babeland for your helpful customer service and providing such great toys!
