Smart Balls are the smart AND stylish way to strengthen your pubococcygeal (PC) muscles or enjoy a feeling of fullness during solo and partner sex. Toning the PC muscles is both practical and pleasurable—it helps women regain control and continence after childbirth, and many women enjoy more intense orgasms when their vaginal muscles are stronger. To help tone your PC muscles, simply insert one ball at a time into the vagina, then squeeze (as if stopping the flow during urination) to feel resistance. Pull gently on the string to build up your vaginal workout. Do not boil. Not recommended for anal play. Click here to learn more about toning your vaginal muscles. Color may vary.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package to see they were of a nice round size-not too small nor not too large. I am 5'2" 110 lbs and did not have any problems with wearing them. I carefully inserted them and enjoyed the nice sensation of the balls as I moved around-they kept me in a state of constant arousal as I wore them. When I removed them I was amazed at how wet they were! After a few days use I did notice that intercourse was much more pleasurable!
Very Happy :)

I LOVE these! It's the strangest feeling having those little weights inside of you, but it's pretty nice :) It's a nice little surprise every time you stand up or something. I got them because I am orgasmically challenged in the g-spot area, and I thought some extra strength might help. I still haven't had them that long so I'm not sure they'll get me there yet, but I do know that they make clit orgasms AMAZING :) they make my orgasms longer and more intense. I can already feel my muscles getting stronger after only a couple days. It's by far the only exercise I have ever looked forward to :) And I love how they feel when I sit down; it feels like deep penetration. I saw in another review that she found them to be TOO deep, but I'm 5'6, 135 lbs, and I have not had that problem. Actually I caught myself humping the chair a couple times, it felt so good... The ONLY thing about them is that it is somewhat inconvenient going pee. They make me feel like I have to pee ALL the time. Even when I know I shouldn't have to go because I just went a few minutes ago... And I'm still not sure if i should leave them in or take them out when I do go. I found that if you try to pee with them in, the muscles that make you pee are the same ones that keep them in, so when you pee they want to pop out. And it messes up the stream so it can get messy... But other than that, I love them :) And they sent me the perfect color too! Very much worth the $30 :)
two birds with one stone!

I love to wear them when I am exercising on my rebounder or taking a nice long walk, and they make housecleaning FUN! I love the feeling, I get MORE of everything out of my exercise routine! The move I move those hips, the better it gets!! Buy these as a treat for yourself!
I must be defective.

I wanted to love these balls, I really did. So many rave reviews!
I put them in in the beginning of the day, go about my business. The balls stay in place just fine. Every once in a while I can feel the rumbling, a sensation not dissimilar to gas rumbling in the gut (though without the discomfort).
Since I'm actually doing whatever it is I'm doing all day, eventually I'm no longer turned on, and you know what happens when you're no longer turned on? That's right, the vagina returns to its normal length. Which in my case is about a joint deep to the cervix. So now every time I sit down, *bam*, that lovely punched-in-the-cervix ache. Ow.
So I went out and bought the Lelo Luna, purely because it can be used as a single rumbly ball for my dwarf vagina. Still no mondo orgasms, but at least it's not punching me in the cervix.
