While I agree in part with some of the negative reviews I have read, I have had some success with the Aneros. I first purchased the smallest one, and it did ok, but I found it hard to extract, my muscles wanted to put a stranglehold on it. It goes in very easy, and stay put very well, but falls a little short on the stimulation of the prostate. So after trying the smallest of the Aneros lineup, I decided to go all out, and got the largest one...well let me just say, I was surprised I could get it in! It's very big at the tip, where I wish it were smaller to kind of gradually open up a pathway. Unless you're an experienced anal toy user, the biggest one from Aneros is out. However, I use the smaller one to warm up, so to speak, then when I'm good and hot, put the big one in...in combination they work well. I found the larger of the two harder to put in but easier to extract...but there's no way I can be comfortable wearing, or walking around with the larger of the two, it's just toooo big...but at rest on your back, or side, gives great prostate stimulation, in fact I can play with the small one till I think I'm out of precum, or feel as though I've no more left to give, then slide in the big one and WOW! It's like a whole new level! Aneros has the right idea, it's just that they make it so expensive to find the right fit. Also, I wish they could make one out of silicone or something softer, with a vibrator in it...now that would ROCK! All I can say is to find one that hits your spot, it's kind of like gambling, you lay your money down, not knowing what you'll get in return...but if you don't get results with your first choice, don't give up, each one has something different to give, a different feel and fit. Kinda pricey though...
