My partner and I were really disappointed. We take a trek in from the Midwest and made a special stop into the NY store with great plans to buy a high-quality lube. Well, it turns out we could have bought it at the Wal-mart--and the quality to match the cheap prices. We were excited about the pump, but the lube gets tacky and dries up really fast so we have to keep reapplying it. We didn't find it to respond well to a spritz of water either.
