This toy is absolutely amazing! Thrusting feels totally different than hand masturbation and, in my book, much better. Easily exceeded all expectations! The only complaint I have is that there is some suction and sometimes the fleshy part comes out of the plastic enclosure while you play with it. You can somewhat regulate the suction with the bottom cap. You definitely need lube and, if you want to avoid the mess, a condom. 5 stars!
