This is my first type of toy like this and I was a little skeptical as well. I got this along with the babeland lotion and let me tell you....this thing is unreal. Even my wife wanted to try it on me and she just loved it. I lasted only a minute with this thing. If you have any doubts, forget them...do yourself a favor and get one. The sensation the sleeve provides is heavenly and realistic, but I wish the opening were bigger. I would like to use it every day, but the tightness makes me sore. My erection is 5 inches long and 5 inches in girth, so I am average. Also, if the diameter of the opening were bigger, I could make the experience last longer.

This thing is AWESOME!!! I will never beat off with a bare hand again! When I first got it, I had doubts that my tally whacker would fit in it. But to my surprise the fit is great. The ribs on the inside make me shoot off a load in a serious hurry! I love it when my wife uses it on me. I also found that if I slip it over my middle finger, it also doubles as a dildo which is good because I like to share with my honey while I do a little tongue flicking! Great product for the price.
