I picked one of these up for my boyfriend awhile back, and we are not disappointed, to say the least. We love that it has an opening on either end, so it provides a lot of added sensation during a blowjob or a handjob. I got this as an xmas gift for my man at the recommendation of a staff member at the store. I wanted to get him something that might enhance a handjob/bj. While he was extremely skeptical, he let me try it and now he loves it, secondary to my bits. The hole on the top is great, because you can use it to stimulate the glans, and it offers an opening for oral. He also cums much faster with this rather than with a normal hand/blowjob. Highly recommended. The only downside is that it tastes like chemicals and reminds me of the octopuses you would get in cereal boxes as a kid, that would stick to and walk down glass.

Excellent sensation. But mine started splitting on about the fourth use, and was split beyond usable after 6 or 7 uses, which is way too soon for the price. And unfortunately I noticed the split just past TIB's 30-day defects warranty, which IMO is way too short. And I'm normal size and not rough. In addition, the sleeve is not long enough (again, I'm certainly no longer than normal) and the open end has an edge that can be irritating.
