MY HUBBY HAD PROSTATE CANCER AND WHILE HAVING THE SURGERY SAVED HIS LIFE IT DESTROYED OUR SEX LIFE. It's nice because you can easily adjust the tightness during sex, but if any lube gets into the bead, the thing just gives. Also, it's easy for skin and pubes to get pinched in the bead while adjusting. It's a great "alone time" ring for getting you used to the feeling, but for practical purposes, it's not too great.

The little "bolo" design...nice idea...but I'd recommend leaving the ball far far far away from the clit. When facing up, the ends of the chord jabbed into my lips with each thrust, and the ball didn't do a thing in terms of stimulating. Small note: don't pull the chord out of the ball, unless you have ALOT of time on your hands. It's a pain to thread back into the adjuster.
