This device is very comfortable, and accentuates the male "package" nicely. I've had no problem with slippage, even when using lube, providing the bead is situated behind the balls. A simple and effective product!

gives a nice tight fit , best to trim or shave so your hair doesn't get caught in it , and use some lube where the bead is so it doesn't pinch as much
