I transitioned 5 years ago and have worn one every day since. It's time to replace yet another. System is good, better than just a dick in underwear. The strap does stretch, but not much - I can count on one hand the number I've bought in 5 years. My only wish - the pocket Mr. Happy sits in be lower than back side of strap. cheers

I think if I wore it every day, it might stretch out, but that's the nature of elastic. I don't pack every day, so it works perfectly for me. A couple times a week, I bust it out and it stays in place really well, holds my dick well, makes me bulge in all the right places.

The problem with this packing strap (and I have purchased 4) and use Mr. Right with it- is that no matter what you do- the material stretches.. no matter what size you get, you don't gain or lose any weight, it just stretches forcing you to buy another one until that one stretches out 2 or 3 weeks later. It's just horribly made. I cant find anything else for everyday use that will not set off metal detectors since I work in law and also fly a lot, that's important to me (no metal). So if you buy one, I suggest you be prepared to invest in at least half a dozen to a dozen over the course of a year. I wear boxer briefs and boxers. If I were a brief guy, I would not bother with a holder at all.

I have the pack and play small and what I do is that I wear mens underwear and I tuck my pack and play in that and I use no strap and it works great it never moves out of place and u put the dick part where u feel comfy upwords, downwords (causes buldge) sideways is my fav cus my girl can play with it in my pants and touch it. I have never used a strap in my life ever and reading these stories had my eyes tearing.. Omg I couldn't imagine my toy falling down my leg.. A suggestion.. If you wear mens underwear and u put ur pack and play inside stick out the head part thru hole and it looks more realistic. Just a heads up. I am going to purshase mr. right now.
