Regrettably, I find this toy's raised gills and bumps to be quite painful. Even with copious amounts of both natural and artificial lube, using it for thrusting makes me feel like the walls of my vagina are being scraped. This toy has a lot going for it--a good size and shape, soft silicone, and a nifty appearance--but because of the uncomfortable sensations, I almost always end up tossing it aside and substituting my fingers.
