Clear the way for pure anal delight with the Deluxe Anal Douche. Interchangeable and multiple-size nozzles allow you to clean up comfortably, or incorporate the douche into your sex play by sizing up for pleasure. Just fill the Deluxe Anal Douche with warm (not hot) water, insert the tip (add some lube first for comfort), squeeze the bulb gently, and allow the contents to come out over the toilet (or wherever else you'd like). this thing is lovely! it works wonderfully and wasn't as frightening as I expected it to be. actually, it isn't frightening at all. i love it a lot.

Love this new anal douche. Much prefer the larger nozzle, mostly because of the multiple holes in the tip keeping the pressure down as the water exits (or, enters rather). Overall, keeps things nice and clean and makes me prefer both toys and sex without the worry of a possibly messy situation.

ohhh i like it...the larger nozzle worked best for me...and with a little lube and some relaxing breaths...i got a lovely full feeling and a nice clean asshole...yeah i said it...was easy and dare i say good clean fun...
