I received Fun Factory's Smartballs Duo about a month and half ago in a blue/ pink combination and I love them. The Smartballs are meant to be used during kegel exercises and can be worn while you do your errands, go to the gym or during intercourse, if that's what you're into. The balls serve as a reminder to do your kegels, which are beneficial to all women, including those who have given birth or have problems with their urinary tract. You may have used lube with these, but just in case you didn't, please know that we recommend using a generous amount of lube for comfortable insertion. Thanks again!* First, I should say that these will do what they say they will. There is nothing whatsoever wrong with them. They're silicone, sanitary, and cute, and probably work perfectly for some people...but for me, they hurrrrrt to put in and take out. I suspect that the ribbing is the culprit. They also don't communicate the rattling and rolling of the ball inside of them to me, very much. If you don't find that ridgy or girthy toys irritate your innards, or you're looking for more subtle 'vibration' from the little balls inside of the smartballs, then these are your best bet. If you're more narrow on the inside, or have been told (like I have) by your OB-GYN that you're curvy inside, or want lots of rattling and rolling, you might consider the Luna Beads by LELO instead. Those are what I use now, and it just works better for my body.

I love my smart balls! I have even gifted them to various friends, because I love sharing the joy and benefits of working out your PC muscles. I love to throw them in when cleaning or doing my laundry or just lounging about. They also give a nice full feeling and little twangs of pleasure when I shift my body in certain ways. Anything that turns me on and gives me a workout is on my A – list for sure. I love that they are silicone, but I do wish I could boil them. Also, be sure to lube them up real good with a nice water-based lube before inserting them.
