I have read ALLOT of sex books, and stuff. This is the FIRST sex book that has made a HUGE SIGNIFICANT positive effect on my sex life, but you will ONLY experience positive results if you actually do the exercises in the book. I think Sexual Reflexology written by the same author is even better, but either way buying this book will be the best decision you ever made. Other sex books may teach you some tricks this book gives you the power to last as long as you want thus practice as long as you want, so get this sex book first… I wish I would have had this book a long time ago.

Its a humanitarian catastrophe that every guy doesn't get this book on his 13th birthday

Yes, the book does work as advertised, for me at least it was pretty much life changing. And despite being a little "new agey" as a previous reviewer pointed out, if you find that off-putting then make an exception and give it a shot, you're sure to get something out of it. The writing could have been better and more in-depth, I found the real substance of the book to be in the first few chapters with much of the rest being almost filler material that has been better covered in other books, which is not to say that I don't appreciate the authors' treatment of these other subjects. But despite that complaint I still give it 5 stars because its the only reliable book on the subject that I personally know of, and even though only a couple of chapters are directly relevant to attaining "multi-orgasmic manhood" those few chapters are worth much more than the cover price.

I recommend this book to every dude with pussy envy--yes, you too can achieve multiplicity! This book really helps you to focus on your body--your mental state, your breathing techniques, and the climax itself. There are tons of ways to orgasm that I never even heard about! Everyone should own this book!

Every guy should own this book. An easy read and very informative! A bit on the "new age" tip...but this book still rules the school.
