Awesome book! I would think irreplaceable for beginners or those who didn't recieve much info (like myself) about sex, or types of sex. Definete must read!

I'm a big fan of sex-help books, and I couldn't help but want this adorable looking book. This is definitely a book for beginners and makes a great gift, and looks fabulous on my coffee table. Everbody can't help but open a page and sneak a peak, no matter how prudish they seem! Lots of big, bold letters, bright colors, and pictures of normal, happy people. No skinny models pretending to orgasm on these pages! It covers lots of topics, which is awesome: Anatomy, what 'normal' body parts look like, help for picking out toys and lube, hygiene, lots of sex-positive, confidence-boosting tips, a really great FAQ in the back that covers everything from 'using vegetables' to 'sex during pregnancy', and more. My bf, who is a little gun shy when it comes to sex, feels comfortable opening this book and browsing the pages. It's too cute and fun to pass up, even if you are a sex expert!

Ideal for Beginners, Skip it if you're Experienced.

Rachael Venning and Claire Cavanah possess great humor and show it through their second book together. They provide tons of information regarding many different sexual topics that have all crossed our mind at one point or another. Although most of the information may be stuff you already know. Not only that, but the book has in depth diagrams and pictures, as well as interpersonal commentary for their readers with Q&A's. I could totally picture this book being popular amongst the younger generation, since the book is bold and flashy in color and very hip. I just couldn't see my mom taking this to bed with her to read or while in the bathroom when she's dropping kids off at the pool. Possibly my step-father, but that's a given with all men. I did find that in one particular area, the answers were contradicting each other. Like, in the question where someone mentions that they don't like their scent, what can they do to make it better? Well to skip by the normal answer, they say it's okay to spray perfume or use a scented wipe before you do the dirty deed. Then, on the next page it gives some Do's and Don'ts and under the don'ts - it says not to use perfume on your vagina. Well duh, any smart person SHOULD know that, but they may find it misleading or contradictory. (Yes, I actually read most of the 272 page book) Other than that minor mishap, this book gives little details in all different areas, pertaining to all lifestyles and sexual fortes. What I mean by little, is that it doesn't really go into too much detail about one particular topic. Some of them only get like 3 or 4 sentences at most. The Moregasm: Babeland's Guide to Mind-Blowing Sex book may be great for the person who is afraid to let go of their sexual inhibitions or for someone who is inexperienced. But if you're already passed that, then look elsewhere - as this probably won't help you much.

I had been celibate for many years because I was taking medications that eliminated my sex drive. I'd used sex toys many years ago, and wanted to try them again, plus I needed a refresher course in the basics of partnered sex - this book was perfectly suited to what I wanted and needed. I learned about the new innovations in sex toys (they're even better than they were back in the day), got to see sexy photos of various sexual positions (great as fantasy fodder as well as during the act), and found out that I am not as averse to anal sex as I thought I had been. Sure, there are more detailed books on subtopics out there, but this book is a terrific intro with extensive recommendations for other books, websites, and hotlines. I could not be more pleased with my purchase.
