It's a fun concept, but the little plastic pieces on the ends that protect the strap from the Jawbreaker may start to dig into the sides of your mouth once the jawbreaker gets smaller. I'd also like it a bit better if there was the option to buy replacement jawbreakers. The only option right now would be to get some from the candy store and drill a hole through them. Otherwise, it's a nice treat and I've got a collar left over from it now. I had a little fun with it early on. Because I was only licking it in one spot, it started to look like an eyeball.
